that's what he said...

andrew overheard a conversation i was having with lia (our nanny) about her last day with us...a conversation with andrew then went as follows....

andrew: why won't lia be coming to the house to watch jacob anymore?

me: because you and jacob will be gong to camp together this summer and then he will go to preschool.

andrew: oh, yeah. so you're right. we don't need lia to come over anymore.

***brief pause***

andrew: well, until i get my baby sister

DOES HE KNOW SOMETHING WE DON'T?!?!?

H.O.W...Henry Oliver Ward (my nephew) made his first trip to VA! He was accompanied by his darling sister Amelia, his momma Jodi and the always wonderful GG. The 4 arrived on Wed and stayed until Tuesday. Andrew and Amelia had a blast playing with each other, despite the arguments that made us think otherwise at times. Jacob seemed excited to have a baby in the house, or at least the toys that come along with a baby :)

Some highlights from their visit, included 1 1/2 tball games (one was rained out 1/2 way in), a party for GG's bday, Henry bathing in our kitchen sink and strawberry picking...in our own yard!
It was a GREAT visit and we can't wait for them to come back soon!!!!
